Recruiter Job Duties:
• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates;
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with IPD managers (Skype) to discuss needs.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport with candidate and team mates.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying Job Description (JD) and Job Qualifications(JQ).
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using WhatsApp/FB/Linkedin groups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules of interview and knowledge of logistics for attending interview.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Maintains TAT (Turn Around Time) and Responds fast to clients needs.
• Should be a growth oriented person who wants to earn a good amount of money from comfort of his/her home.

Recruiter Skills and Qualifications:
Great at Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment .

Mandatory Requirements
Any Graduate with Hiring experience of 2years at least. With a Personal computer/ Laptop and internet connectivity.

Payments:-
20% sharing of billed amount. BY NEFT after deduction of TDS as per statutory Deduction after 30 days of joining and the 15th day of the next month ( TAT 45-60 days). No need to raise bill will be complied internally. In case of candidate absconding or rework the same shall be debited against future payments.
