Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through chat, email or phone within the assigned TAT.
Build customer relationships.
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat.
2weeks in-house training will be provided.

Willingness to work in Night Shifts for 9hours with 1hour break.
